How does billing work for the Premium subscription?

We accept all major credit cards and take payment via Stripe.Your card will be charged at the end of each month based on the number of active users on your account at that time.  

E.g. if you have 24 active users on 15 Jan, but this increases to 28 active users by 31 Jan, then you’ll be charged for 28 active users.

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will continue until the end of the month.

How do I add people to the platform?

Your chosen account admins control platform access and can add or remove people at any time. It’s as simple as copy-pasting a bunch of email addresses.  We can also upload a .csv file to speed things up.

How long does onboarding take?

You can start gathering feedback in minutes with our Free subscription. Our Premium subscription includes an optional 30 minute setup call to step you through the additional platform features.

How long does it take to get 360 feedback?

We reduce the typical business-wide 360 feedback process from 2-3 months to 2-3 weeks.
