I'm pretty focused on the ROI as CFO, and we were just wasting so much time on spreadsheets and documents trying to aggregate everyone's 360 feedback. It just made sense to automate it all.
The feedback was great! My team were very kind but there were a couple of suggestions that have helped me understand their needs more and how I can help them. I feel that this has opened up communication between us.

We weren't sure if it was the right time to do a 360 feedback process, I guess based on past experiences. But then it only took like 3 weeks, and everyone just felt, better afterwards. So I'm glad we did it, turned out to be a pivotal learning exercise that we really needed.
Area Director, UK
First time doing a first full 360, yeah it was good, really easy to use, nice little exercise. Not just a top down process. Personally for me, the most valuable was the last question on asking people to give feedback on things we can improve on, is the most impactful. Having the positive Qs beforehand helped frame the later questions.

It is a very user-friendly platform. We enjoy using it because it feels like a social app.
People Manager, Hong Kong
I'd say it saves me and other managers around 6-10 hours per 360 feedback process, mainly just from not having to chase people up and collate all the feedback using Google Doc & Sheets. For the juniors that are new or aren't used to giving feedback, the anonymity really helps them to be honest.
This is much easier to get a quick overview of how everyone's going, really really simple. Google Doc now out of date and not used anymore.
Managing Director, London
It's a very beautiful platform. Very clean, nice UX and UI. Much much nicer than the old enterprise-style software I was used to and expecting.
Head of People, Hong Kong
It's really cool man, just like, slick you know. Easy to get going.

I was really happy about the positive comments about my presence in the store, I really try to be available for my team, happy that that was evident. Definitely felt that people were more comfortable to just say it how it is, so it made so useful.
Store Manager, London
It was so nice to see that 57% of the branch staff felt more confident AND more valued after the last 360 feedback process, and that nobody felt less confident or less valued.
Store Manager, London
Saved a tonne of time vs our last 360 in GDocs. People definitely opened up more too which made for better conversations.

We’re a small team but we don’t take time to say these things out loud, so this is helpful to reinforce positive actions and flag things people can work on for upcoming 1:1s. It’s motivating, you feel pumped to do your best work.
The results and the quality of the feedback was very positive and constructive and helpful. Above all, it was just nice and quick. It’s like, that’s it it’s done, let’s use it and carry on. I had a sweet message after the first 360 from one person, they said "Liz I know I grumbled about it to being with but it was a good process and much better than expected".
