How Motivation completed 100% of appraisals on time

Motivation, the global disability charity, adopted Howamigoing to improve the quality of the feedback shared in their annual appraisals. 

However, having used email to collect feedback for many years, they quickly found that using Howamigoing dramatically reduced the admin overhead such that they could run several 360 feedback processes throughout the year.
